Order Processing

Every order at Ra Lumière is prepared with care and attention. We aim to process and prepare orders for shipment within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods or when items are handcrafted to order, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will of course keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

costs are automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Delivery

We ship our orders within the Netherlands and to several European countries using reliable carriers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and, when available, a tracking number.

Delivery Time

The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is typically 1–2 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and are outside the control of Ra Lumière.

If You Are Not Home

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt delivery again or leave the parcel at a nearby pickup location. Please check your tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery details.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ralumiere.nl, preferably including photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

International Shipping

We ship within the Netherlands and to several European countries.
