Returns & Refunds
At Ra Lumière, every candle is carefully prepared and packed by hand. We hope that each piece brings warmth and calm into your home. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with European consumer regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
How to Request a Return
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ralumiere.nl. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return. If possible, briefly describe the reason for the return. We will then provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ralumiere.nl.
Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, used candles or products that have been burned after delivery cannot be returned.
