Shipping & Delivery

Every order at Ra Lumière is prepared with care and attention. We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods or for handmade productions, processing times may be slightly longer. We will, of course, keep you informed.

 

Postage costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your order.

 

Delivery

We ship our orders within the Netherlands with a reliable carrier.
After shipping, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and, if available, a track & trace code .

 

Delivery time

The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1–2 working days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times depend on the carrier and that Ra Lumière has no influence on this.

 

Not at home upon delivery

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will retry the package or deliver it to a collection point. Please check the track & trace information for the latest delivery details.

 

Damaged or missing shipments

Did your order arrive damaged or is something missing? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@ralumiere.nl , preferably with photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.

 

International Shipping

We ship within the Netherlands and to selected European countries.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
