All Ra Lumière products are handcrafted. Therefore, slight variations in shape, color, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the product's character and cannot be grounds for complaint.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from actual product.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is concluded when you place an order and receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Ra Lumière reserves the right to refuse orders or request additional information if deemed necessary.

5. Prices and payments

All listed prices are inclusive of VAT , unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.

Ra Lumière reserves the right to change prices. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Delivery

Ra Lumière strives to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days . Delivery times are approximate and cannot be legally binding.

Ra Lumière is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

8. Liability

Ra Lumière is not liable for damage resulting from the use of its products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

Candles should always be used according to the instructions provided and general safety guidelines.

Ra Lumière is not obliged to fulfil any obligation if it is prevented from doing so as a result of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, disruptions by carriers or government measures.

All texts, images, designs, and other content on the Ra Lumière website are the property of Ra Lumière and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

Ra Lumière processes personal data in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy , as published on the website.

12. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via info@ralumiere.nl .
Ra Lumière aims to answer complaints within 5 working days.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
